How Does It Work?
We provide you with initial advice and guidance over the telephone or by email of how to proceed. We will then visit your property at a convenient time to discuss your clearance requirements to ensure that we only clear items that you want removed.
Once you are happy to proceed and happy with our quote we then arrange a convenient date to start the clearance. There is no charge for the initial home visit and no obligation to proceed with us.
We welcome photographs by email or Whats App of any items you have to clear if this is easier for you.

We appreciate that most properties have items for disposal which is why we factor in the cost for disposal and recycling into your original quote leaving you with no hidden extra costs. As licenced waste carriers eco sustainability is extremely important to us which is why using Cardiff City House Clearances is a more environmentally friendly way of clearing a property as we have a progressive recycling policy in place to minimise landfill waste. We also donate all unused blankets & bedding to our local animal shelters, unwanted new clothing and toiletries to our local charities and any unopened and in date food to our local food bank collection point.
